big toes are direcly related to liver and pancreas/spleen health.


In traditional chinese medicine, liver energy meridian starts beside big toe nail (left side of the nail on the left leg, right side of the nail on the right leg).


Pancreas/spleen energy meridian starts on the other side of big toe nail.

When energy flow is obstructed, pain and symptoms arise.


When the area is painfull, it is sign of poor liver or poor pancreas/spleen condition, poor energy flow.




The cure for that problem: diet, cleansing, lifestyle change.
