Well I´m in the same case than you. Im 28 now (i´m a man) and have been struggling against Acne for a lot of years, I also was on Accutane, Antibiotics ...things that worked but only for a while. It´s curious how this disease has affected me and condicionated my life.

Im always lurking the internet researching sth new, and I usually visit forums in english because the stuff in spanish is not very large and as I speak a little bit of english, i take advange of that to find the possible cure.

Internet discoverd me The vit B5 to get rid of Acne a couple of years ago, it worked but like other times, only for a while, besides nobody knows the long term side effects of an hipervitaminois of one only vit, so I quited.

A couple of months ago, a friend of mine introduced me in the world of tao, zen filosofy, naturism and stuff, I have found it very interesting and I´ve been reading a lot, then as a coincidence, I found this forum and started to read a lot about inner cleanses for curing not only the Acne but improving the whole body condition and in a natural way, what´s a plus after having punished my body for years with strong drugs (not only for acne, my acne caused me a depresion and i have been medicating myself for that as well)

Perhaps finding this site is the sign than changes my life I dont know, but at least it gives me hope, that for me is a big deal.

My current condition is acne, some cysts, blck points, red marks and big scarring

I will start my Colon Cleanse this week for a month, and next month doing my first liver flush, also plannign the other cleanses, lymph, kidneys...following the faq of this forum.

i´ve realized that this protocol is not very well known here in spain, at least when i have gone for the ingredients to health stores, they looked as if they didnt know what i was talking about. But I´m comletely dewcided to give this a try.
I apreciate the support of shelley and others in this forums, and I´ll write down my questions, doubts and results, hope this works and hope that works for you as well, I´m always looking foward for people who have cleared up their acne due to the cleanses. So please report your results as well, all people here can share results and help each other.
That´s sth good about the internet, there is no distances, no borders , freedom and information that you cant get from another sources, let´s use it. perhaps one day we could say. The internet cured me, that would be great.
