(just posted this to Liver Flush Forum , too0

So, I definitely have some issues with my liver, especially since at the age of 27 I still have Acne and my hormones are completely messed up. The other night I had one glass of red wine and my skin is hating me for it. Gah....so depressing.

I did a liver cleanse about a year ago, and at the time I hadn't menstruated for a few months. The day after my liver cleanse, my period started. I took this as a good thing. Unfortunately, it was just a one-time deal and I have still not been menstruating. My nutritionist says Liver Flushes are too harsh and does not recommend them, and others say that they are too dangerous and harsh, too.

BUT, I have heard so many great things about them from some people. I would love to do some and have my Acne actually go away. I would love for my skin and hormones to work themselves out already.

I guess I just feel like I need some more opinions. I think what I really want is for someone to *convince* me that it is a good idea. :) Just being honest!
