Hey Shelley,
Well I finally broke down and went to an elbow doctor. I have had "tennis elbow" for a couple of months now and it has gotten so bad I'm not able to use the arm and it is waking me at nite. I had an xray done today and it shows some damage to the bone. I don't know how I did this but surgery is my ONLY option. Do you have any suggestions for pre and post surgery? Thanks so much. Gayle
