Your bowels are certainly ready, but how much malic acid did you take? If you only took it for a couple days, then definitely use Epsom Salts (normally I say don't use them, use lots of stone softeners instead) to relax the bile ducts. You may want to wait until tomorrow, it's not good to flush while a major healing crisis is going on, and your body needs time to rehydrate and rebalance after a major healing crisis.
