Cortisol monkeys with hormones. That is not a smart thing to do. The body has its own intelligence and you have to work within nature's natural laws of balance. Weight regulation is dependent on a lot of factors. The ones within your control are what you eat, how much you eat, and cleansing your liver and bowels so that foods are actually burned up rather than stored.
