I believe the most effective and possibly painless way to get rid of Candida is through using a really good probiotics.

Had a lady in Vancouver who had been suffering from excessive Candida for several years. Gave her severe allergies and a constant cold. Tried a good probiotic that was recommended and within a month, her Candida was gone, allergies was minimal and cold was gone. After three months, she was almost normal and healthy.

Did not have to go through all the discomforts of the cleanse that viva had described. I wonder if it will work for you??
