Hello everybody,
I've been diagnosed with candida and have been doing the diet for two months. At the beginning it as very hard and then got easier but I still get cravings for Sugar and that is a terrible feeling. I'd love to hear anybody's experience who is doing a candida diet and how you are doing. I'm planning to do my 2. Liver Flush tommorow that is great and I'm looking forward to it! I also want to order Dr. Schulze 's IF#1 and IF#2. I also hope that it will help. Anybody with some experience?
