Hi,

I'm Ed from The Netherlands.

I recently tried my first Liver Flush (got it from Hulda Clark 's
book: The Cure For All Diseases ). I passed only a few stones (25-50
max), but I do notice the results:


I haven't suffered from any brain fog since I did the flush last
Thursday night !

I used to have a couple of minor brain fogs throughout the day and
sometimes heavier brain fogs (then I feel like my brain is working
only 30% orso).
The last days I feel completely bright (brain functioning at 90-100%)
and that's a relief !

I will do another flush next week. Which flush is the most
effective ? Should I use more oil to get more stones out ?

I also hope to get rid of some Acne on the line of my jaw, that's
been there for about a year now. I've gotten rid of almost all other
Acne by going on a low-carb diet.

I read some testimonials that it might take some time for the Acne to
disappear (two weeks I read in one case). I'm keeping my fingers
crossed.

I also suffer from allergies for wool and synthethic clothes. I can
only wear 100% cotton, that's washed in a hypoallergene detergent. I
hope the flusing might help get rid of that too.

And then there are a few food intolerances , which might improve with
the flushing..

Are there people on this list that have experience with one of the
above mentioned things ?
