Hey Shelley,
I'm in south of France, leaving to head home to the US tomorrow. :(
Just wanted to say that I am AMAZED at how well I have done on this trip. Lots of unavoidable cig smoke, not the best diet, and late nights and I'm doing relatively well.
I'll be getting back on the wagon and doing some PB shakes as soon as I get home.
Also- I have had about 2-3 hours of Mediterranean sun PER DAY this past week (before that I was in Paris) with NO SUNSCREEN and not a single part of my body burned!!
I've been taking flax and cod liver oils for months now,
which I understand is good skin food, but this is really bizarre for me- I'm a pale freckled woman of Irish/German descent who used to joke that "I get a sunburn walking out to my car".
So- woo hoo for me! I'll be getting back on my oil regimen too!
