great info here! i have done about 9 Liver Flushes and got rid of HUNDREDS! of stones;my diet isn't the best but i am getting better,my stomach feels forever bloated though and i can blast some serious wind! i have cut down on dairy(use vanilla rice drink in my morning museli,delicious!)eggs maybe once a week and am eating steak with a salad,no bread,chips or potatoes.but i will induldge and enjoy the foods i love.i definitly feel better but would love to sort out the bloating,good luck everyone and keep up the wonderful work,many thanks
