If you haven't already done so, look into using ultrasound to break up small stones in the salivary glands. I know they're used to break up kidney stones so they are not so painful to pass.
If you have taken care of that, I would look at this symptom as an ominous warning. I would ask myself questions like, do I eat a lot of carbohydrates, sugars, cook poorly, bad appetite and look into the condtion of my pancreas. I'm not saying cancer of the pancreas is the only outcome, but I have read about people and known some who years later got cancer of the pancreas who had similar troubles and irritations with the salivary glands.
If you are all cleansed and detoxified, look into a cancer treatment you'd want just in case.
