Thanks Shelley; your help and advice is always greatly appreciated. I wasn't aware of the lemon juice sensitivity regarding the sore. I'll certainly back off of the lemons for a while.

I was debating an enema (I'm a little intimidated) because of the peppermint - it caused significant darkening of BM's, so I figured it may have drawn some toxins out along with the increased bile flow. Does this sound plausible?
