Hi Shelley how are you today?

I just bought a bottle of triphala but i don't know how to incorporate it into my regimen. The directions says to take it at night but when should i take it when i take coptis/ curcuma and P+B shakes at night. I take my vitamins/ meds at dinner time. Could i take the triphala with my other vitamins/ meds? Would the triphala disrupt my other meds?
