whilst doing the kidney cleanse?
I wondered whether live yogurt counts as dairy/protein food.
Also ive recently bought calmagfizz and wanted to take that after this flush! Should i avoid all supps?
Also what about things like Triphala and herbal teas such as lapacho whilst doing the cleanse?
Sorry to keep bombarding you with all these questions Shelley but i want this one to be a success!
