My Diet? hah..whatever I eat i eat Im underweight and cant build muscle well. Body doesnt eat protein and whatver weight I DO put on goes directly yo my tummy area.Yes things were worse after the gall bladder. I also at the time of removal developed sepsis so I had to recoup from surgery and deal with the sepsis. I havent been myself since!
