You have a lot of reading to do, LOL! :) Stop consulting those idiots. Candida Is often involved, but the only reason it IS involved is because your bowels and liver are congested. Clean those up, lymphs too, increase the power of your digestion, and your eye circles will clear up a bit.

You can't make them totally disappear because the skin is so thin there that blood vessels show thru and give them a bruised look no matter how healthy you are, but really dark circles are all about a congested digestive system.

The only reason it gets out of balance is because our lifestyles are out of balance. Or we take Antibiotics . blech! :) People who recommend anti-fungals don't understand how the body works. We have more microbes than cells! you just can't kill them and thereby bring them into balance. You cannot take an aggressive stance or they will go into a virulent rhyzome stage and punch holes in your gut, causing leaky gut, which is a real misery. No, you have to take out the garbage so they have nothing to live upon, and take probiotics so taht acidophilus and the other good guys can keep them in line. Yeast is the deer, acidophilus is the wolf. You're lacking wolves and the deer are overbreeding.
