As stated in her book somewhere, she recommends doing it in this order (lower number first):

1. parasitic cleanse protocol (black hull walnut tinct, cloves,wormwood)
2. kidney flush (not to confuse with the kidney herbs, this flush is 2-6 weeks long with lots of ingredients)
3. Liver Flush (olive oil, grapefruit, Epsom Salts )
