Hi Shelley and everyone!

I've been very, very good with my diet in the last two weeks, and today we had cake for the September birthdays @ work (I said that I'd only have some if it was chocolate-- make the cheat worthwhile, you know?). So-- I had a slice of that grocery store bakery cake with the sugary icing, and you know something? It was really kind of icky! AND within 10 minutes of eating it, I started SWEATING (it's 72 degrees here in the AC).

The first thing I thought of was, "If it is not good for you, your pulse will race...". HA! Just wanted to let you know that I'm feeling it, and wow, I sure do prefer the way I feel when I stick to GOOD STUFF like steamed veggies, kichadi, and the 8-grain hot cereal... =)

Well, I sure learned my lesson... ;)
