If you are in the USA, you can buy a combination of herbs which containes Wormwood . It is sufficient for Hulda's protocol. It's by Kroeger and the bottle has a big red heart on it.
I raise my own Wormwood - Hulda tells which plant to get {It's the Absinthia - nick name of abbie} easy to raise - I harvest it, dry it, grind it, put it in capsules and take it. I test myself with kinesiology to determine how many caps I need. Sometimes it's as much as 6 capsules. It ALWAYS makes me feel better. I take it with the fresh ground cloves and I make my own green-black-walnut-hull tincture. Hulda gives the insutructions.

I take the 3 herbs at least once a week on a maintenance schedule.
