Well, the liver also controls cholesterol levels, so if your liver isn't functioning at top notch then it's likely that Acne and high cholesterol are two of the symptoms.
Also, your body works with what you put into it, don't know what you are feeding it but for example hydrogenated fats raise blood cholesterol, among other things (that's my understanding). Your Acne and cholesterol could also be dietary. And don't forget... bowel health!
Anyway, diet and liver are inseparably tied together so I think that by Liver Flushing and changing your diet (and possibly dealing with any other specific issues) should eliminate both of these symptoms.

Hmm, just noticed I have the bad habit of putting one little word at the front of each paragraph. Gotta work on that...
