Hi, I read that salt is a cleanser and a purifier. But I think that the human body can only take so much salt per day. It causes high blood pressure.
Sea salt or kosher salt is supposed to be good for you, better that table salt .
I used Epsom Salt with my grapefruit and olive oil, when I did my liver cleanse. But Epsom Salt cannot be used regularly. It may be too harsh on the system. This is bits and pieces of what I know.
