I have been taking it with the help of capsules for a few weeks now. In the beginning I had die-off symptoms, but now I hardly notice. I have improved digestion, which is a big deal for me, since I have been dealing with my digestion for 1.5 years now. It is still not how it is supposed to be, but I see improvement and that gives me the drive to continue.
I take 4-5 drops 30-45 mins before every meal and before I go to bed.
