Why do you think I'm an addict ? Do you know how long it has been since I have had a coke ?

No, what happened is I eliminated grains from my diet. That is what I was referrign to when I said "junk" and I probably should not have called them junk. That is probably why my blood Sugar went down so much. Since it was so bad this morning, I had a coke and it came back up. I didn't feel so unwell because I stopped drinking coke !!!

Please, let us not make assumptions without knowing the whole story.
