I couldn't find any livatone so I got some milk thistle extract from natures herbs down at the HF store. It is standardized 80% 350mg milk thistle seed extract, 200mg artichoke (related to milk thistle I'm told) and 520mg turmeric root. It's powder in capsules, not really liquid extract. Do you think this is good?

I also got some red clover extract to clean the lymphs. Does it take long? I think it is time for me to address this, and I'm doinf Liver-Flush # 13 this weekend but so far the results don't look good... I think I need to start looking at other things. I keep getting skin things like boils or "zits that never really turn into zits" just bumps and sometimes they weep a little liquid, so I must be cleaning but it just cannot get out.
