I used the colema board today and for me it was difficult to set up. It really cleared me out though. Just a tip, when the water has to go in the upward direction at any point through the tube, it will not work. I set the bucket on my sink far from the toilet about 24 inches high. That was the only way that the tube would not bend sa that the water would go down. Another thing I found to be difficult was getting the tip in. (Sorry to be graphic) I have never done a colonic or an enema and I felt violated. I used like 2 cups of olive oil. Does anyoone else know of a good lubricant that I can but is not embarrassing to buy at the store like KY jelly?
Also, can I have any advice on how to set the board up so that too much would not go in me. There is the 6 foot tube, the 3 inch tube, and the plastic tip. When you connect all 3, is the plastic tip supposed to touch the 6 foot tube? thanks
