I just have to say that, after you get it checked out, I have/had a small 1/4inch lump on my thigh too.

It, too, was purple and round...looked like it could be a boil. I had it checked out and the doctor said it was nothing - to phone him if it changed. Well...that was about 2 years ago. It just stayed the same.

Well...I've been cleansing since November. Master Cleanse Fast, Bowel Cleanse with B&P's, 4 Liver Flushes and eating more raw vegetables and fruits...plus drinking 2 litres of pure water a day. Well! I noticed a little while ago that my lump has totally deflated!! (if it was a sign of stagnant toxins - which I'm sure it was....I know that I tend towards 'stagnant blood' in TCM and that I should exercise more and use blood-building foods - leafy greens etc) It is still purplish but is flat flat...no bump left! I do believe that all my cleansing and improved diet did this.

The link below is a link to a post that is full of cleanse options. (the ones I've done)

My friend who's PSA was climbing quickly did a Bowel Cleanse with B&P's, is drinking more water and has done a few Liver Flushes too had his test results back and his PSA was WAY down! To levels it was years ago. So..he is keeping up with the liver flushes...and understands that that is his 'weak' spot...and if he wants to stay healthy he needs to eat well, drink pure water and have periods of cleansing and rebuilding.

You can do this too! Read the articles at The Doctor Within and it will become clear that it's just a matter of keeping your system clean and giving it good fuel and water! Then your immune system will be strong and will ward off any 'abnormal blood cells' or bacteria that we all have inside us at all times.....

I hope this helps a bit!

Tracey
