What is the best way to cope with someone who WANTS you to take responsibility for their health? How do I say NO without making them feel that I am heartless?

People just don't understand. They feel that if you have knowledge then you should give it to them, then if it is not good for them they accuse you of trying to hurt them. I cannot handle this. How do I keep this toxic kind of relationship out of my space?
