Hi Shelley

My friend was very ill and her MD thought she might have Glandular Fever as she had no energy - but tests proved negative.

She came over for the day and I was really shocked as she usually works out in the gym and is always on the go.

She had had a long course of Metrinidozole (not sure of the spelling) and felt very ill whilst taking it.

I gave her a spare bottle of "primal defense" and filled up a spare glass bottle with some apple cider vinegar along with some organic honey.

Well within 2 days she rang me and said she had much more energy and wanted to go back to the gym.

Today, (1 week later) she took my son out for the day and was still raring to go at 9pm.

Well all I can say is "she's a better woman than me!" Ha
