Hi, Shelley. I posted a question about supplements the other day and you suggested that I switch from Planetary Bupleurum Cleanse supplement to Livatone because of an irregular cycle. I read somewhere the other day about flaxseed having plant based estrogen in it. I have been taking two tablespoons each day for the past few months. My cycle is abnormal about every other month or so which is better than it used to be. I am also going to do a 5th flush this week. Will the flushes improve the estrogen problem, should I stop the flaxseed even though I love the effects of it? I'm so confused! LOL
