If you have no estrogen type complaints (PMS, endo) then you can take another bottle no problem. If estrogen has ever been an issue for you, switch to either Chinese Bitters from www.sensiblehealth.com or Dr. Cabot's Livatone Plus. Livatone Plus is designed specifically to dredge out old pharmeceuticals, so that may be your best choice.

Also, be sure to add lecithin, cod liver oil, to your diet, and other thigns cleansing for the liver like beets, carrots, ginger, garlic.
