It is considered good to do,to drink freshly pressed Apple Juice or freshly pressed vegetable juices several days before cleanse, to "soften" stones.

Epsom Salts may have different names in different places: Bitter Salts, English Salts, Magnesium Sulfate, Magnesium Sulfate Heptahydrate, ...

The scientific name is Magnesium Sulfate, and if you try to purchase it in a pharmacy, you will ask for Magnesium Sulfate.

Name "Magnesium Sulfate" should also be written on the box.

You will have to get plastic colander, put it inside the toilet, and catch all hard particles.

If you don't know what you are getting out from you, you don't know if you need more cleansing to do.

"Catching" everything in colander is very smart way of diagnosing yourself and measuring your success with cleanse.
