I have just started the journey to get my Amalgams out. I suggest you read the book "It's all in you head" by Hal Huggins. He also has a website www.hugnet.com. I have started to take Chlorella in the last few days and feel a lot better. Although it hasn't been long enough to know for sure if it is the Chlorella.

Dr Huggins office is very friendly and informative. I have heard of clinics in Mexico that were inexpensive. I was quoted $125-$250 per tooth.

There is lots of information about Amalgam detoxing online. Another one is http://www.toothwisdom.net/detox_heavy_metal.html and www.mercola.com type in Amalgams or mercury.
