Dear Dee,
I would follow Dr. Clark recommendations on the order of cleanses, because she has helped thousands of people and is very logical in her approaches. She recommends parasite cleanses first, then kidney cleanse, then liver cleanse, last bowel cleanses.

I researched for weeks before doing anything. I found you can order the first 3 cleanses for a reasonable amount at www.drclarkstore.com

Plus, it is coming from Dr. Clark and not someone just using her name so the ingredients are to her strict standards.

The parasite cleanse takes about 2 weeks on a daily schudule, then a once a week dose forever.

The kidney cleanse is a tea recipe that you drink 1 cup a day for about 6 weeks.

The liver cleanse can be done after the first two weeks of parasite cleanse. But it is better for your kidneys to do the liver cleanse after the kidney cleanse. The liver cleanse takes less than 24
hours being that you take 2 doses of epson salt and water at a specific time(2 hours apart), following with the grapefruit / olive oil mixture. Go to bed. Two more doses 2 hours apart of the epson salt / water. Eat light. Your done. The frequeny trips to the restroom will keep you close to home until mid day.

I would read Dr. Clark's books. She makes things so easy to understand. The best way to get rid of the toxins is one room at a time. Start with the laundry soaps, kitchen soaps, and personal body soaps and shampoos.
