I'm pretty sure the one you referred to is manufactured by AMD whose website link is listed below. You were right about the price. Another website listed below gives a price of $2495.

I emailed AMD and asked them about quanity discounts, and their reply is listed below. For 20 units in one order the price would be $1615 + $35 shipping.

I wonder if there are 20 CureZone members out there who would be interested in buying a unit for $1650 (instead of $2495).
