I am in the process of dealing with my Candida. I did liver cleanse and 8 day fast (big mistake without doing a parasite cleanse first!!). Regardless, I noticed a HUGE difference in my cravings. I have children and had to feed them all during my fast. When I was done, I just didn't have the desire for any flour products, sweets, chocolates or anything. parasites control us in many ways, including diet selections. Make a break! It wasn't that difficult.
