Everyone complains about going off sugar. I feel so much better when i am off it. Sugar is detrimental to your health anyway.
There is a very simple solution to the Sugar cravings and feel free to research it. Chromium and vanadium supplementation replenishes the deficit that causes the Sugar cravings. Chromium and vanadium are essential to the breakdown and utilization of sugar and become depleted quickly from our excessive consumtion of the "white death".
