Lots of answers to this one.
Get some filters and put in coffee and sew them closed and either hot or cold steep it in a pot or glass jar.
Buy a cheap coffee maker at a flea market
Use a coffee cup and filter
If you make it extra strong you can store it in the fridge and dilute it when you want to use it.
Probably heresey but I think organic coffee is too expensive to put in your bum :)
