When I had a tennis elbow, from playing tennis :), I went to a chiropractor and that helped. The other thing that a chiropractor sells is a wrist brace, so you can't bend your wrist.
Very easy to wear. You use it especially at night so you can't bend your wrist while you are sleeping. A lot of people have the wrist bend and then sleep on it.
