Hi Guys,

FWIW I tend to naturally fall out at around 11. I wake up pretty early, though: 5:30/6 -- whenever my cats decide. But I do fine. Last time I did a Liver Flush I tried to go to sleep at 10, but couldn't! So, it's the 11th hour for me.

EVERY once in a while -- once or twice a year, I do go to bed at 9 and fall right asleep. It's delicious.

I always wondered about Standard and Daylight Savings time in the scheme of this. Then I thought, what the heck, my bod obviously says 11.
