HI there.. It's Carter from Richmond, Va..if you don't have coffee why not do a Apple Cider Vinegar enema. just 1/2 cup to 2qt.s water. It is very good for candida. you get the ACV at Ellwood Thompson or Good Foods Grocery.

don't be surprised if candida comes out.. it looks like white tissue paper/floaty stuff
