it is important not to buy shampoo because they all have isopropyl alcohol ( I use borax laundry soap and citric acid for rinse ; like Dr Clark says.) also arm and hammer baking soda has benzene in it. I get my products from self health resource owned by Dr Clark's son 800-873-1663
