Candida people have brainfog, someone needs to read that to me, LOL.

I thought it was funny that :

Sucrose and lactose are sugar, and so is starch essentially, right? And vermiculite? Isn't that the white stuff in potting soil?


But this part is kinda scary:

EEk...don't like to hear THAT.
