Hi Lorena! Milk Thistle is wonderful for the liver. For future reference, it's oftentimes best to get several herbs in one, as herbs tend to work synergistically together. Please read the Liver Notes for a list of options and several complexes that are engineered to be very thorough. After you finish this bottle of MT you may want to check out these others.
