Shelley, actually in the past around 4 months i've been taking a product that i bought at GNC, it has Psyllium , cascara, Aloevera, PAudarco, friendly bacteria etc, Black-Walnut , great ingradients

than 2 months ago i switched to Triphala, do u think is't enough taking triphala rite now? Because my diets almost vegetarian, maybe once a monts i eat fish Thanks
