Hi shelly.. in my treament of candida I want to add ACV enemas. How much vinegar should be put in to a 2 quart bag and should I just release it or retain it and how often should I do these? I started the cleansing drink two days ago and have been feeling sad and anxious. Is this a reaction to that? for best results should I do one or more of the drinks and how many days or weeks of this?
