Hello there!
I had done my 1st Liver-Flush with Epsom Salts but decided to do the 2nd Liver-Flush without Epsom Salts , but with another recipe that needs phosfood liquid, ACV..etc. Unfortunately phosfood liquid is not available in my country so i ordered it thr an online supplier and currently waiting for it to arrive..The other day, i bought a bottle of ACV at a local foodstore only to be told by Shelley that it has to be organic and unfiltered as well...:( Luckily it could be refunded. Now...my problem is the need for organic apples/ apple juice...which are not available anywhere at the local foodstores here..:( Do you have any clue of any possible alternatives to the 'organic'stuff?
My 1st Liver-Flush was fine i guess, although i knew i am still far from getting my skin clear from acne.
I flushed out some stones..guess were around 50 or so..I could have flushed out more stones i supposed if i had not drank beers the second night of LF..there was a party and i could not resist myself :( But i only had a couple of cans though...
Thanks for your info on Biotin Ivanica..i have already started on the B-complex and will get Biotin supplements soon...I can't wait for the day where i would finally have all my lost hairs back...
