Dear Dr. Clark

What is a good recipe for a natural facial toner? I thought that
Vitamin C Powder, lysine, vegetable glycerin, vitamin E, apricot oil, and citric acid would make a good mixture. The problem is how to prepare it, and would these really make a good facial toner? What is your opinion?
