My niece, many years ago had a bicycle accident and had very bad scrapes along her stomach and hips. Pure aloe vera gel from the health food store was used and she has very little scars.

I am older and in bad shape healthwise, with bad breathing, and in three days, am getting incredible results with CoQ10 (Co-enzyme Q10) This increases cellular energy and is an anti-oxidant (better than Vitamin E) It works best when taken with essential oil like flax seed oil or salmon oil. So
the next time I take it, I will buy CoQ10 in gel capsules.
