There's hundreds of fellow posters who did the Liver Flush first and since you already know you have the stones, I say flush first! Just remember, it will take more than one flush to completely clean out your liver.

You can always do a parasite cleanse during the week, you know.

I know that's how I did it and boy, do I look good now! Ha
